Products

Paws Fantasy Travel creates custom pet portrait artwork based on photographs submitted by customers. Because each portrait is custom-made, slight artistic variations may occur.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide clear photographs suitable for artwork creation

• Submit accurate order and shipping information

• Review and approve proofs when requested

Proof Approval

If a proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing the artwork carefully.

Approval will be given by email.

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, additional changes may require additional fees.

Production Times

Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, complexity, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Paws Fantasy Travel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, orders are non-refundable once artwork creation has begun.

If an error is made by Paws Fantasy Travel, we will work with the customer to correct the issue.

Damaged Items

Customers must notify Paws Fantasy Travel within seven (7) days of delivery if an item arrives damaged and provide a clear photo of the damaged area before a resolution is provided. 

Photograph Rights

Customers represent that they own or have permission to use any photographs submitted.

Customers grant Paws Fantasy Travel a limited license to use submitted photographs solely for creating the purchased artwork.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, website content, logos, branding, and designs remain the property of Paws Fantasy Travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Paws Fantasy Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
